My husband and I were so blessed to visit the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx to see Jeff Leatham’s Orchid Show. You know Jeff! The same Jeff who creates those awe-inspiring floral arrangements for George V Hotel in Paris and the Four Seasons Hotel in LA — and who can forget that breathtaking baby shower he designed for Khloe Kardashian and Baby True. Needless to say I had to see it for myself and I was truly mesmerized!

From the moment you walk in you’re instantly greeted with an alluring orchid garden and a serene pond that sets the tone for a hypnotizing kaleidoscope dream. The juxtaposition of earth’s natural beauty and the innovative reflecting surfaces combine to balance and enhance each other’s beauty in an unexpected way.

The optical installation puts a mirror to admire every angle of the greenery and flowers. I also loved the versatility of every room. One minute it’s like you’re walking in a scene of the classic novel Secret Garden (with a twist!) and the next you’re walking amongst the most exotic cacti and desert plants.
