The iHeart Radio Awards was an amalgam of entertaining performances and awe-inspiring wardrobes.
First, I have to acknowledge Rihanna’s green and black ensemble that was inspired by 90’s Lil Kim. For her “Bitch Better Have My Money” performance, the songstress paraded in a Versace green fur coat, sun glasses, choker necklace, and thigh high green boots. She was sure to level out the green in sexy, a sleeveless black dress.
If her look didn’t steal your heart, her performance was sure to! Rihanna came out in full effect and had the dance moves to prove it. I can’t recall ever seeing her have so much fun in a performance and she genuinely looked happy. Cudos to you Rih!
Sexy Cut Outs
Rihanna wasn’t the only one to channel in her inner diva and rock the latest trends. Zendaya Coleman, Taylor Swift and Brittany Snow all embraced this season’s cut out trend.
Zendaya Coleman is always sure to make a statement. She rocked a color-blocked dress paired with a funky patterned skirt. Her vibrant Spring colors was complete with magenta, pointed heels that complimented her dress.
Taylor Swift took home awards for Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Lyrics in a dazzling black cut out dress. The simplicity of her dress design paired with a sparkling material was breathtaking.
Brittany Snow wore an even simpler design than Swift, but her dress was equally stunning. The diamond cut outs above and below her chest still looked elegant. I also loved the bottom of her dress design’s flower petal cuts.
The Fringe Factor
Jennifer Hudson turned it up a notch as she revealed her busty cleavage in a fringe bottom mini dress. Her look was super flirty and her short hair do flattered her gorgeous features.
Mesh Shirt Dress
Awkward actress, Greer Grammer, broke out from her cutesy, innocent role and a played a hotter version of herself. I’m head over heels for a collared shirt dress and Greer took it to the next level by wearing it in a mesh material. She maintained her lady like poise by pairing it with a royal blue pencil midi skirt.
